CyberSuite Announces Collaborations with Four Leading EU Projects: COBALT, Cyber Safe Senior, CyberSynchrony and ERATOSTHENES
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving cybersecurity resilience across Europe, CyberSuite is proud to announce new strategic collaborations with four forward-looking EU-funded initiatives: Cyber Safe Senior, ERATOSTHENES, CyberSynchrony, and COBALT. These partnerships reflect our shared values of innovation, inclusivity, and security, and will help strengthen cross-project synergy in tackling Europe’s evolving cybersecurity challenges.
About Cyber Safe Senior:
Cyber Safe Senior addresses the growing need to protect and empower Europe’s elderly population in the digital age. By equipping seniors and adult educators with the skills and knowledge to navigate the online world safely, the project tackles digital exclusion and online vulnerability among those aged 65+.
Key Objectives and Outcomes:
The project focuses on delivering engaging educational materials, launching an e-learning platform, conducting training courses for both seniors and adult educators, and running wide-reaching awareness campaigns. Its goal is to increase digital competence and reduce the risk of cybercrime among elderly users.
About ERATOSTHENES:
ERATOSTHENES is developing a decentralized and contextual Trust and Identity Management Framework for resource-constrained IoT environments. With a strong focus on self-sovereign identity, trust lifecycle governance, and privacy-by-design, it tackles critical “Security of Things” challenges.
Key Objectives and Outcomes:
The project introduces innovative trust agents, decentralized identity protocols, federated threat detection, and multi-layer recovery mechanisms. Real-world pilots will validate its secure IoT architecture in compliance with GDPR, NIS2, and the EU Cybersecurity Act.
About CyberSynchrony:
CyberSynchrony is building a modular cybersecurity framework that combines technological, human, and procedural components to ensure rapid, coordinated responses to cyber threats. The project emphasizes real-time risk monitoring, automation, and cross-border collaboration among Member States.
Key Objectives and Outcomes:
Key goals include improving threat detection and risk assessment, enhancing incident response through orchestration and analytics, and enabling secure communication for cross-border coordination. The project also implements awareness campaigns and educational outreach.
About COBALT:
COBALT introduces a Common Certification Model (CCM) for cybersecurity in ICT, based on a decentralized Digital Twinning approach. The project supports certification for ICT products, Industry 4.0 processes, and emerging fields like quantum computing and AI.
Key Objectives and Outcomes:
COBALT will build an open certification information model, develop continuous certification mechanisms, and demonstrate its framework in pilot use cases. It also places emphasis on quantum and AI process certification in real-world industrial environments.
These new collaborations represent a significant step in CyberSuite’s mission to build a unified cybersecurity ecosystem for European SMEs. By aligning with projects tackling cybersecurity from diverse perspectives, we are building a stronger, more resilient digital future.
