The CyberSuite consortium convened for its 4th Plenary Meeting on June 12–13, 2025, hosted by project partner cyberGEIGER in Basel, Switzerland. This two-day event marked a key milestone for the project, bringing together representatives from all 12 partner organisations to review progress, align on development priorities, and refine the roadmap toward delivering a modular, interoperable cybersecurity solution tailored for SMEs.

The meeting opened with a warm welcome from cyberGEIGER, followed by a comprehensive update from each Work Package. Significant progress has been made since the last plenary in Limassol back in November 2024, and Highlights included the advancement of the CyberSuite architecture, ongoing DevSecOps integration, and the refinement of the project’s Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definition.

Particular focus was given to the interoperability mechanisms that will allow the various tools of the CyberSuite Framework to work seamlessly together in a modular, scalable environment. In parallel, discussions covered the development of the CyberSuite Marketplace, the project’s evolving Dashboard, and the Knowledge and Awareness Academy aimed at improving SME cyber-readiness through accessible training and guidance.

A major feature of the plenary was the hosting of the project’s first formal Advisory Board session. This dedicated segment offered the opportunity to present key components of the CyberSuite Framework to external experts and receive constructive feedback. The Advisory Board provided valuable insights on strategic positioning, regulatory alignment, and end-user adoption—insights that will help refine the project’s approach and maximise real-world impact.

As CyberSuite enters a critical phase of implementation and validation, the meeting served not only as a platform for coordination but also as a reaffirmation of the consortium’s shared commitment to building a cybersecurity solution that empowers European SMEs with tools they can trust and afford.
